starcrossed lovelies is a mahou-kei fashion brand based in Kansas City, Missouri. Designer and Owner, Christen, takes inspiration from her deep admiration of tragic love stories, magical girl narratives, and her 90's childhood to create jewelry, accessories, and apparel for modern space babes. Christen graduated from the Film & Animation Department at the Kansas City Art Institute with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2013, and has since then been involved in the Japanese Street Fashion community in the United States as a moderator, model, showrunner and designer. Her brand seeks to provide extra cute casual and loungewear items that are perfect for hanging out with your besties, or taking a cozy nap in the middle of the day. starcrossed lovelies is known for theatrical fashion shows, and will bring a truly stellar collection to life at AKON 2023!
