With events sprawling from the Irving Convention Center all across the adjoining Toyota Music Factory and in the Westin and Texican hotels, there’s a ton to explore.

We’re still finalizing the schedules and working out the space usage plan in some areas, so this information is subject to change as we get closer to the event.

The Irving Convention Center

The Westin Irving at Las Colinas

• Event Info: This hotel is on the premises of the convention center and will also have programming in it. It is directly across Promenade Parkway from the Irving Convention Center and is less than a 2 minute walk. More event info about the Westin is coming, check back later!

 

The Texican Court at Las Colinas

• Event Info: This hotel is on the premises of the convention center and will likely have social programming in the courtyard areas.  It is directly across Las Colinas Blvd and is less than a 1 minute walk.  It’s possible we will be doing some special after hours events here.

  

Toyota Music Factory

• Event Info: The Toyota Music Factory is an entertainment complex made up of indoor/outdoor event spaces, businesses, shops, restaurants, and a concert/performance venue (Toyota Music Pavilion).  We will be using many of the indoor/outdoor event spaces, the Toyota Music Pavilion and partnering with many of the local businesses to create an incredible A-KON experience spanning over a half mile!
