For the seventh year in a row, our home hotel is the Sheraton Dallas (formerly, the Adams Mark Dallas). 

They are located in downtown Dallas, close to the Pearl Street DART stations of both the Red and Blue lines. The physical address of the hotel is: 400 N Olive St, Dallas, TX 75201.

Please note, that in 2009, the Sheraton Dallas will be a completely non-smoking hotel.

The room rates for this year are as follows:

• Single (King Bed) or Double (2 Queen Beds) Room (for 1 – 4 people) =  $160.00 per night plus tax.
• Junior King Suite = $200 per night plus tax
• Executive Suite = $250.00 per night plus tax.
• Dallas Suite = $400.00 per night plus tax.
• Presidential Suite = $900.00 per night plus tax.

The Junior King Suite is simply a King Room with a bit more space than the standard King room.

This year the hotel has provided a direct link that will allow our attendees to book their Double Rooms directly through the hotel website. There is no need to call the hotel to book this type of room. We are currently working with the hotel to use the link for King rooms as well, and will let you know when it is available.
